Job summary

ARCO Companies in Rogers, Arkansas is seeking a Project Manager with multifamily, commercial and/or industrial experience to lead construction projects from inception to completion in our Rogers office.

You will oversee estimating, proposals, contracts, scheduling, budgeting, design reviews, and execution; work with owners and design teams on preliminary concepts; manage buyouts and subcontractors; and lead biweekly site meetings, ensuring safety, quality and schedule.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of project management on multifamily, commercial or light industrial projects.
• Design-build experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Estimating, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, scheduling, budgeting, design review and execution.
• Collaborate with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings.
• Participate in proposal meetings with owners to review scope and provide value engineering.
• Oversee buyout process and selection of subcontractors.
• Conduct biweekly jobsite meetings; coordinate with Superintendent to ensure safety, quality and schedule.
• Make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
