Job summary

ARCO is seeking a Project Manager to lead multifamily, commercial and/or light industrial construction projects from inception to completion in our Rogers, Arkansas office. You will drive estimating, proposals, and scheduling while collaborating with owners and design teams to deliver value and meet milestones.

The role requires 5–8+ years of PM experience, design-build familiarity, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of project management experience in multifamily, commercial and/or light industrial projects.
• Design-build experience preferred.
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Manage project aspects including estimating, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, scheduling, budgeting, design review and execution.
• Collaborate with owners and design teams to develop preliminary drawings and scope.
• Lead proposal meetings to review scope and provide value engineering ideas.
• Oversee buyout process and subcontractor selection.
• Conduct biweekly jobsite meetings and report progress to stakeholders.
• Partner with the Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control, and schedule.
