ARCO Companies is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion. You will drive estimates, schedules, and quality control while coordinating with owners and design teams to refine concepts and control costs.

The role requires 5-8+ years of PM experience, design-build familiarity, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project. Travel or site-based work is expected as needed, with a strong emphasis on safety and client satisfaction.

Formación

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Willingness to travel or be site-based as required.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications.
• Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Manage managerial and administrative aspects of a project including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, and cost reporting.
• Ensure an accurate and complete project estimate.
• Work with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings.
• Participate in proposal meetings to review scope and suggest value engineering ideas.
• Oversee buyout process and selection of subcontractors.
• Conduct bi-weekly job site meetings and manage multiple activities.
