ARCO Companies is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead construction efforts from inception through completion in a design-build environment. You will coordinate with owners and design teams, oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor selections to deliver high-quality projects.

The role requires 8+ years of PM experience, proficiency with Procore/Bluebeam/MS Project, and a bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of project management experience.
• Proficiency with design-build delivery and PM software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from inception to completion, managing scope, schedule, budget and procurement.
• Coordinate with owners and design teams to develop concepts and value engineering ideas.
• Oversee subcontractor buyout, bid selection, and biweekly site meetings.
