Job summary

ARCO a Family of Construction Companies is seeking a Project Manager for our Rogers, Arkansas office to lead multifamily, commercial and/or light industrial projects from inception to completion.

You will oversee estimating, proposals, contracts, scheduling, budgeting, design review, and execution while collaborating with owners and design teams to develop concepts and provide value engineering ideas. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of project management in multifamily, commercial, and/or light industrial projects.
• Design-build experience is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage project aspects including estimating, proposals, contract negotiations, scheduling, budgeting, design review, and execution.
• Collaborate with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings.
• Participate in proposal meetings to review scope and provide value engineering ideas.
• Oversee the buyout process and selection of subcontractors.
• Conduct biweekly jobsite meetings.
• Partner with Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control, and schedule.
• Make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
