ARCO a Family of Construction Companies is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our Multi-Family team in Chicago. This role carries full responsibility for project performance, client satisfaction, and driving projects from design to site completion.

You will lead preconstruction planning, coordinate with clients and design teams, manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality across projects.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field is required.
• 2-5 years' of construction management or engineering design experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects of project from the earliest stages of preconstruction through project closeout.
• Work closely with clients and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings and project budget.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and buyout process for all trades and vendors.
• Track and manage project performance vs budget; prepare owner pay applications, cost status, and progress billing reports.
