Job summary

ARCO Companies is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion. You will oversee estimating, negotiations, planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution, while collaborating with owners and design teams to develop concepts and drive value engineering.

Qualified candidates have 3–5+ years in project management, design-build experience preferred, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience.
• Design-build experience preferred.
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from inception to completion including estimating, negotiations, proposal prep, planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement and execution.
• Ensure accurate and complete project estimates.
• Collaborate with owners and design team on preliminary concept drawings.
• Participate in owner meetings to review scope, cost-saving opportunities and value engineering.
• Oversee buyout process and subcontractor selection.
• Conduct biweekly on-site job site meetings.
• Organize and manage multiple activities to achieve results.
• Commit to quality by evaluating processes and outcomes.
• Make timely decisions to meet client expectations with integrity.
