Trueline Talent is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead a roughly $50 million renovation and redevelopment of a 22-story mixed-use building in downtown Cleveland. This 100% onsite role requires hands-on leadership across design, procurement, and schedules, managing a long, multi-year project with tenants in place.

• Significant construction project-management experience on complex buildings.
• Ownership of sizable projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, schedules and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day ownership of a large renovation and redevelopment project.
• Review plans, contracts, schedule, budget and outstanding issues.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, commitments and financial reporting.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontractor buyout and material lead times.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation.
• Communicate project status and risks to ownership.
• Lead inspections, turnover, punch-list and closeout.
