Job summary

Michael Page US in Cleveland, OH, seeks an experienced project manager to oversee multifamily construction projects from active construction through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and project financials, coordinating with owners, architects, consultants,Superintendents and subcontractors throughout the lifecycle.

You will lead meetings, handle change orders and cost reporting, and maintain documentation in Procore.

Qualifications

• PM experience with a General Contractor on commercial, multifamily, or institutional projects.
• Own budgets, schedules, contracts, change management, and closeout.
• Proficient with Procore, Excel, and Word.
• Strong communication with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and leadership.
• Organized and capable of managing multiple moving parts.

Responsibilities

• Manage multifamily construction projects from active construction through closeout, overseeing budget, schedule, contracts, and project financials.
• Work directly with owners, architects, consultants, superintendents, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project meetings, manage change orders, review cost reporting, and maintain project documentation in Procore.
• Report to a PX or VP while coordinating project engineers, field teams, and other project staff.
• Initially oversee 1 project with the opportunity to manage multiple projects as you become familiar with company processes.
