Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and active projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage multifamily renovation projects from project kickoff through final closeout.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, and internal operations teams.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasting, cost reporting, and WIP reporting.
