Trueline in Ohio is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead ground-up and complex commercial projects nationwide, taking ownership from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires 7+ years of GC experience, 3+ years PM, strong budget and schedule control, and the ability to coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Travel 15–20% and onsite Monday through Friday.

Formación

• 7+ years of progressive commercial construction experience with a general contractor.
• 3+ years in a Project Manager role, with clear career progression.
• Ground-up commercial construction experience on larger or complex projects.
• Ownership of budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and project docs.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Willingness to travel ~15–20% and work onsite Monday–Friday.

Responsabilidades

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Own project budgets, schedules, documentation, and execution.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and leaders.
• Handle subcontracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and critical docs.
• Monitor costs, forecasts, schedules, and milestones to stay on track.
• Lead meetings and communicate with clients and stakeholders.
• Identify risks, solve problems, and make timely decisions.
• Travel to active project locations as needed across the U.S.
• Maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships and grow the PM team.
