• Identify, pursue, and secure new project opportunities.
• Develop complete project estimates, proposals, and schedules for clients.
• Procure subcontractors, conduct competitive bidding, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Oversee subcontractor and vendor performance to meet budgets and schedules.
• Manage full project financials including billing, budgets, change orders, and cost reconciliation.
• Create and maintain project schedules with timely milestones.
• Spend substantial time onsite to monitor quality and safety.
