Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from four year college/university or equivalent
• Minimum of 10 years related work experience
• Demonstrated computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) and knowledge of project management software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Direct, oversee and coordinate activities of the team in the Construction Management and General Contracting marketplace
• Review project activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine progress toward goals
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and leads for business development
• Ensure projects stay within budget and schedule; provide technical guidance to resolve issues
