Job summary

MaxIT Consulting – Max Corporate Group seeks an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager for MEP and capital projects in Houston to lead design, construction, and closeout phases for complex initiatives.

The role requires managing schedules, budgets, change orders, and stakeholder communications, coordinating contractors and vendors, and maintaining strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment. OSHA 30 or equivalent certification is required or obtainable within 120 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of Construction/PM experience with capital projects and MEP infrastructure.
• Experience managing projects from planning through completion and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules and execute construction projects per plan, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage capital projects including new construction and renovations with MEP scope.
• Review contracts, changes, and field directives; manage change orders.
• Prepare cost estimates, proposals, and project documentation.
• Coordinate teams, vendors, and stakeholders; lead progress meetings.
• Monitor financial performance and report risk and progress to leadership.
• Support risk management, quality control, and safety requirements.
• Ensure closeout deliverables and contract obligations are fulfilled.
