Job summary

CAA ICON is seeking a Project Field Manager to lead on-site activities in Houston, TX, reporting to the Project Director and coordinating with stakeholders across North America. The role focuses on managing onsite activities for owner/developer contracts and ensuring alignment with project schedule.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience in construction or related services.
• BS in Construction Management or related degree required.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time onsite representation for the project team.
• Report directly to the Project Director.
• Manage onsite activities of assigned contracts (Environmental, Geotechnical, Survey, and Testing).
• Monitor the Project Schedule and construction progress.
