You will coordinate internal teams and external consultants and subcontractors, manage sub-contractor selection and project financials, and uphold McKinstry’s safety standards while maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering.
• Experience with design-build construction preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Proficient with scheduling software - MS Projects preferably.
• OSHA 30. PE, CPM, LEED professional designations preferred.
• Basic estimating skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees the construction phase from the RFP process through completion.
