Job summary

McKinstry in Montana is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the construction phase of assigned projects, from RFP through completion, ensuring safety and building code compliance while coordinating internal and external teams.

You will manage project financials, subcontractor relations, budgeting, pre-construction work, and client satisfaction, leveraging design-build experience and MS Projects proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering.
• Experience with design-build construction preferred.
• Proficient with scheduling software - MS Projects preferably.
• OSHA 30. PE, CPM, LEED professional designations preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Basic estimating skills. CEM, CPM professional designation is preferred.
• Proficient with construction financial programs.
• Demonstrates and understanding of accounting and financial management preferred.
• Responsive and attention to detail.
