Job summary

PULLMAN, a Structural Group Company, is seeking a Project Manager in our Pittsburgh, PA office to oversee complex construction projects, including self-performed repair and restoration work. The role emphasizes strong leadership, safety, and customer relationships on challenging assignments.

You will develop schedules, manage budgets and project financials, review bids with estimators and sales teams, and coordinate with subcontractors and field staff. Travel of 20–30% is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering or related field
• 5-12 years of relevant experience within the Commercial construction and/or restoration industry
• Experience managing projects valued between $1M and $5M
• Experience with structural concrete repair, waterproofing, façade repair or historic restoration
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management/forecasting tools
• Willingness to travel 20-30%

Responsibilities

• Managing self-performed complex repair and restoration projects
• Preparing contracts and negotiating revisions with internal contracts teams
• Developing and managing schedules in collaboration with field leadership
• Maintaining profit & loss responsibility and other project financials
• Providing leadership and supervision to project teams and subcontractors
• Working with estimators and sales to review bids and develop proposals
• Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Demonstrating dedication to safety and quality control on all projects
