Job summary

PULLMAN, based in Pittsburgh, is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex restoration and repair projects. You will manage self-performed work, contracts, schedules, and P&L while coordinating with field teams and estimating staff.

The role requires 5–12 years in commercial construction/restoration, experience with $1M–$5M contracts, and a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer relations. Travel 20–30% is expected.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management and/or Civil/Structural Engineering.
  • 5-12 years of experience in commercial construction and/or restoration.
  • Experience managing projects $1M–$5M in contract value.
  • Experience with structural concrete repair, waterproofing, façade repair or historic restoration.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and project forecasting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage self-performed complex repair and restoration projects.
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions with internal teams.
  • Develop and manage project schedules with field leadership.
  • Maintain profit & loss and other project financials.
  • Provide leadership to project teams and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with Estimators and Sales to review bids and proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Model a strong safety and quality control culture on all projects.
