Job summary

PULLMAN, the union contracting business line of Structural Group, is seeking a Project Manager based in the Boston office (Hudson, MA). You will lead and manage complex commercial construction and restoration projects, coordinating with field leadership, estimators, and sales teams to drive successful bids and profitable outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (or related field) and 5–12 years of experience, with proven ability to manage $1M–$5M projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5-12 years of experience in commercial construction/restoration.
• Experience managing projects $1M-$5M and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage self-performed repair/restoration projects.
• Develop and manage schedules with field leadership.
• Maintain profit & loss and project financials.
• Collaborate with estimators, sales, and contracts teams.
