Job summary

PULLMAN, a Structural Group Company, is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead complex repair and restoration projects from our NYC office in Manhattan. You will supervise project teams, manage self-performed work, and collaborate with estimators and sales on bids and proposals.

Travel 20-30% is expected. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Construction Management or Civil/Structural Engineering, 5–12 years of commercial/restoration experience, and a proven ability to manage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• 5-12 years of relevant experience in commercial construction/restoration.
• Experience managing projects between $1M-$5M in contract value.
• Experience with structural concrete repair, waterproofing, façade repair or historic restoration.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management/forecasting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage self-performed complex repair and restoration projects.
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions with contracts teams.
• Develop and manage schedules with field leadership.
• Maintain profit & loss responsibility and other project financials.
• Provide leadership to project teams and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with estimators and sales to review bids and develop proposals.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Demonstrate commitment to safety and quality control on all projects.
