This role is responsible for leading both field execution and project management efforts across complex repair and restoration projects.As a Construction Manager, you will play a key role in delivering projects that make our nation’s structures stronger and last longer—leading teams in the field while maintaining full ownership of project performance.**Key Responsibilities****Field Leadership & Execution*** Lead and oversee **field teams, including Foremen and union craft workers*** Manage daily field operations to ensure work is completed **safely, efficiently, and with high quality*** Conduct **pre-project and pre-task planning**, ensuring alignment across all teams* Promote and uphold PULLMAN’s **Safety 24/7 culture*** Train, mentor, and support the development of field personnel**Project Management & Operations*** Manage **self-performed concrete repair and restoration projects** from start to finish* Maintain **profit and loss responsibility**, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control* Develop and manage **project schedules** in collaboration with field leadership* Prepare contracts and support **negotiations and revisions** as needed* Coordinate with **Estimating and Business Development teams** to support bid reviews and proposal development* Build and maintain **strong client relationships** throughout the project lifecycle**Coordination & Oversight*** Oversee multiple projects and ensure alignment between **field execution and financial performance*** Monitor production, track progress, and identify opportunities for improvement* Ensure all project documentation and reporting is **accurate and timely****Qualifications*** **7–12+ years of construction leadership experience**, including both field leadership and project management* Proven experience managing projects in the **$1M–$5M+ range*** Experience with **concrete repair, structural strengthening, waterproofing, façade restoration, or similar scopes*** Experience working with and leading **union labor crews*** Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project execution* Proficiency with **Microsoft Office and project management/forecasting tools*** Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment* Willingness to travel **20–30% as needed****What We’re Looking For**We’re looking for a **hands-on leader** who can effectively balance field leadership with project-level oversight.
