Job summary

PULLMAN, a Structural Group Company, Kansas City, MO, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead restoration and repair efforts, overseeing complex concrete projects, contracts, schedules, and budgets. You will mentor teams and partner with estimating to drive bids, while building strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has 7–12 years in commercial construction, project ownership of $1M–$5M+, travel ~20–30%, and a drive for safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in commercial construction and/or structural restoration.
• Proven success managing projects ranging from $1M–$5M+.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets and projections.

Responsibilities

• Manage self-performed, complex concrete repair and restoration projects.
• Oversee contracts, including preparation and negotiation with internal teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with field leadership.
• Own project financials, including P&L, forecasting, and cost control.
• Lead and mentor project engineers, field managers, craft professionals, and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with Estimating and Business Development on bid reviews.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Champion safety and quality across all phases of work.
