Responsibilities
- Design Development: Developing comprehensive landscape or interior architectural plans, including 3D renderings and material selections to achieve
- Project Management: Managing project budgets, timelines, consultant coordination, and ensuring compliance with zoning/building codes.
- Client & Team Leadership: Serving as primary client contact, mentoring junior staff, and coordinating with contractors and engineers.
- Technical Execution: Producing detailed construction documents, performing site visits, and overseeing construction administration (RFIs, submittals)
