Job summary

Mortenson is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler I to oversee planning and scheduling activities across projects. The role requires interaction with staff at all levels and a strong sense of professionalism and confidentiality.

The Senior Scheduling Engineer will provide oversight of all planning and scheduling activities, mentor field personnel, and ensure compliance with project schedules and company standards. Travel may be required depending on operating group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent field.
• Minimum four years construction experience or equivalent training/experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of scheduling concepts, practices, and company software.
• Willingness to travel as required by operating group.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of all planning and scheduling activities.
• Plan, coordinate, supervise, and direct scheduling activities.
• Ensure compliance with project schedules and company standards.
• Coach, mentor, and train field personnel and superintendents.
• Develop leadership potential and manage site logistics.
