Job summary

Idaho Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, seeks a skilled Construction Operations Manager to organize and oversee western Idaho construction and field operations based in Boise. You will lead superintendents, estimators and project managers, coordinating with plant managers and transportation to deliver projects on time and within budget.

You will mentor staff, ensure safety and quality standards, and manage schedules, resources, and invoicing while driving profitability and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is required.
• 7 years Advanced Civil Construction management experience.
• Construction Operations, Scheduling and Supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of industry standards, project specifications, and plan drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction operations, scheduling equipment and manpower.
• Coordinate with transportation, asphalt, aggregate, and plant managers.
• Manage superintendents, estimators, and project managers.
• Ensure safety, quality, and profitability targets are met.
• Develop budgets, monitor costs, and assist in billing and reporting.
• Mentor staff and drive continuous improvement across projects.
