Job summary

Idaho Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee field operations for heavy civil construction projects in Pocatello, ID. You will coordinate crews, equipment, and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

You will work closely with project managers, estimators, and customers, leading safety initiatives and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of heavy civil construction experience required.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or superintendent role preferred.
• CDL or valid driver’s license; traffic control cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations on heavy civil construction projects.
• Coordinate and supervise foremen, operators, laborers, drivers, and subcontractors.
• Plan and schedule labor, equipment, and material resources to maximize productivity.
• Monitor project progress and adjust work plans to meet production goals.
• Ensure all work is performed according to plans, specs, and contract requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
