Job summary

CRH Americas Materials is seeking a Construction Operations Manager to oversee western Idaho construction operations from Boise. You will mentor staff, coordinate schedules, manage budgeting and resource allocation, and ensure safety, quality, and performance standards across multiple projects.

The role reports to the VP of construction and will work with superintendents, estimators and project managers to optimize backlog, billing, and on-time completion while upholding CRH's policies and

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred.
• 7 years of Advanced Civil Construction management experience.
• Construction Operations, Scheduling and Supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of industry standards, project specifications, and plan set drawings.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and monitor staff, leading and motivating teams.
• Manage daily construction operations, scheduling equipment and manpower.
• Coordinate with plant managers and Transportation manager on resources.
• Oversee budgeting, cost projections and billing for projects.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards across projects.
