Job summary

ECS Limited is seeking a senior Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Associate Principal to lead our Mobilefield services team. You will provide technical oversight, perform final reviews, and mentor project staff while supporting business development and operations.

The role requires deep CMT expertise, ASTM knowledge, and strategic problem-solving. You will collaborate with clients, lead technical discussions, and ensure high-quality deliverables across projects.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of related experience with a professional license.
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
Maintain licenses/certifications as required by ECS Senior Technical Staff Policies.
Established technical expertise in CMT principles, applications, and ASTM standards.
Strong leadership and multi-project oversight capabilities.

Responsibilities

Provides technical oversight and final review of reports, calculations, and deliverables prior to approval.
Mentors and develops Senior Project Managers and staff.
Supports preparation and review of proposals and contracts.
Leads technical discussions with clients and project teams.
Ensures quality, accuracy, and timeliness of project deliverables.
Performs staffing decisions and team development.
