Job summary

ECS Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Associate Principal to lead our Greensborofield services team. The role provides technical oversight, final review, and mentorship across project teams while supporting business development and operational performance.

You will oversee geotechnical projects, ensure deliverable quality, and drive client relationships, staffing decisions, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Established technical expertise in CMT principles, applications, and ASTM standards.
• Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience in technical leadership and multi-project oversight.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight for geotechnical projects and CMT deliverables.
• Perform final technical review of reports, calculations, and deliverables prior to approval.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of project deliverables.
• Mentor Senior Project Managers and staff; support staffing decisions and team development.
• Participate in and lead technical discussions with clients and project teams.
