Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead the full construction lifecycle for complex facilities supporting our logistics network. You will manage budgets, design oversight, external partners, and procurement across a regional portfolio of fulfillment centers and delivery stations.

You will mentor other construction managers, drive best practices, and present trade-offs to Directors and VPs while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or BIM, scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project, or similar).
• 7+ years as an Architect, Engineer, Construction Manager, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of project management experience from design to handover.
• 7+ years negotiating construction, procurement, and/or labor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Amazon's senior owner's representative and primary construction integrator for complex projects across your region.
• Oversee end-to-end project management services, design services, and external partner performance.
• Own project budgets and oversee spend approvals; lead project procurement functions.
