Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to act as the senior owner’s representative for complex facilities supporting Amazon's logistics network in the United States. You will lead from design oversight to handover, manage budgets, procurement, and external partners for projects including fulfillment and delivery centers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Experience with AutoCAD/BIM and scheduling software (Primavera or MS Project).
7+ years of experience as an Architect, Engineer, Construction Manager, or related construction discipline.
7+ years of project management spanning design through handover and operations.

Responsibilities

Act as senior owner's representative for complex projects in your region.
Oversee end-to-end project management, design services, and external partner performance.
Own budgets and oversee spend approvals; lead procurement functions.
Lead external partner selection, contract negotiations, and management of builders, architects, and design consultants.
Oversee design and engineering of complex projects and conduct value engineering.
Mentor and develop other construction managers; drive best practices.
