Job summary

Amazon.com LLC is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to act as the senior owner’s representative for complex facilities delivering Amazon’s logistics network across the region.

You will autonomously manage the full construction lifecycle—from design oversight and partner selection through contract negotiations, construction execution and handover—on large-scale new builds, retrofits and expansions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in architecture, engineering or construction management.
• Experience with AutoCAD or BIM and scheduling software (Primavera or MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Serve as Amazon's senior owner's representative for complex projects across your region.
• Oversee end-to-end project management, design services and external partner performance.
• Own project budgets and lead procurement functions; negotiate contracts.
• Lead external partner selection and management of contractors, architects and consultants.
• Ensure design and engineering meet conformance reviews and value engineering goals.
• Develop project strategies and allocate resources accordingly.
• Monitor performance metrics, manage risks, and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with AHJ for permitting and regulatory approvals.
• Champion safety programs and drive a strong safety culture.
