Senior Construction Manager – Project Execution

Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale construction efforts in Oklahoma. You will coordinate with management and inspection teams, drive planning and execution of major projects, and oversee cost and schedule control.

You will contribute to QA/QC staffing plans, contractor qualification, and contract strategy, while ensuring safety and compliance across site operations. A CCM certification and HV/industrial experience are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science or Construction Management preferred.
• CCM (CMAA) Certification preferred.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required


• Minimum of eight (8) years’ related experience


• Five (5) years’ experience on large projects (greater $50M)


• Must be willing to travel up to 75%


• Must be willing to work in extreme temperatures, with loud noises and in enclosed spaces


• Must be able to carry or lift items up to 50 lbs and team lift loads of more than 50 lbs as needed


• Must be able to stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, and squat, often for long periods of time


• Must be willing to work at elevated levels using man lifts, ladders, scaffolding, and/or small towers, with appropriate PPE


• Must be able to use hand tools


• Valid State Driver’s License and clean driving record


• Excellent organizational/interpersonal skills


• Safety as the utmost priority


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills


• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science or Construction Management preferred


• Experience working on power generation, high voltage infrastructure, and/or large industrial facilities projects preferred


• CCM (CMAA) Certification preferred
