Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a qualified Construction Manager to lead planning, estimating, and contract management on large capital projects. The role requires CCM certification, strong leadership, and excellent communication to manage QA/QC, scheduling, cost control, and reporting.

The candidate will oversee field teams, review contractor plans, manage risk, and promote a culture of safety throughout project execution. This position is based in Oklahoma with significant travel expectations.

Qualifications

• CCM certification required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 8 years of related construction experience
• Minimum 5 years supporting large capital projects ($50M+)
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in varying weather and construction environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb, stand, walk, and work at heights as needed
• Up to 75% travel required
