Turner & Townsend, a global professional services firm, is seeking a Senior Construction Manager for a large-scale commercial real estate project in Houston. You will oversee all delivery phases from inception to commissioning, coordinating with GC and A/E, ensuring safety, schedule, and cost performance on site.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of field construction experience, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. On-site presence is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of project management experience.
• Degree in Construction Management or equivalent; OSHA certification.
• Proficient with Microsoft tools: MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• On-site work ability and strong communication required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with general contractor and A/E for construction activities.
• Lead site project team and ensure project milestones.
• Attend frequent meetings and provide status reports.
• Oversee safety and compliance on construction sites.
• Coordinate with cost and scheduling for dashboards.
