Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead a large ground-up commercial real estate project. You will oversee delivery from inception to commissioning, coordinating with GC and A/E, and directing the site team to meet schedule, cost, and safety targets.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of field experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a client-facing role on-site. This role requires on-site presence at the Indianapolis project site.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management in commercial construction.
• Degree in construction management or equivalent; OSHA cert preferred.
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint; strong on-site leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with general contractor and design teams for all construction activities.
• Lead Turner & Townsend site project team under client direction.
• Manage safety, schedule, cost, and quality across the build.
• Conduct constructability reviews and risk assessments; report progress regularly.
• Interface with authorities, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure compliance.
