Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to oversee a large ground-up commercial project. You will manage from inception through commissioning, coordinating with the client, GC and A/E to deliver on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of field construction experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work on-site and manage complex interfaces with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years project management experience in construction.
• Degree in Construction Management or equivalent; OSHA certified.
• Proficient with Microsoft tools: MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to lead, coordinate and report with multiple stakeholders including GC and A/E.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with general contractor and architect/engineer services provider.
• Lead site project team and manage design reviews, constructability and risk.
• Review schedules, reports, and ensure alignment with contract requirements.
• Oversee site activities, attend meetings, and drive progress and safety.
