Job summary

Turner & Townsend are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to work on a large-scale, ground-up commercial real estate project. The role oversees all aspects from inception through commissioning, coordinating with the general contractor and A/E services providers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of construction field experience, strong client-facing abilities, and the capacity to lead the Turner & Townsend site project team under the client’s guidance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of project management experience.
• Degree in construction management or equivalent; OSHA certification.
• Proficient with Microsoft tools (MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to lead, coordinate & organize multiple stakeholders including general contractor and deliver project status reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; client-facing capability.
• Ability to work on site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the general contractor and A/E for all construction activities on the project.
• Lead Turner & Townsend site project team under the client’s direction.
• Conduct constructability reviews and identify cost/schedule risks.
• Ensure adherence to building codes and safety regulations.
• Review design/submittals and RFIs; manage progress reporting and dashboards.
• Attend daily status meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
