Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead a large-scale, ground-up commercial real estate project from inception through commissioning. The role requires coordinating with the client, general contractor, and A/E teams, ensuring constructability and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of field experience, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years’ project management experience.
• Degree in Construction management or equivalent and OSHA certified.
• Proficient – expert experience using Microsoft tools (MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to lead, coordinate & organize multiple stakeholders including general contractor and deliver project/program status reports as required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The tenacity and drive to inject value and create solutions.
• Develops good working relationships with project team.
• Ability to work on site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with general contractor and A/E for all construction activities.
• Lead Turner & Townsend site project team under client direction.
• Review design and construction drawings against project requirements for constructability issues.
• Identify risks to cost and schedule and report findings.
• Provide progress updates and dashboards to stakeholders.
• Interface with local authorities on site development, permits and compliance.
• Support commissioning planning and handover to operations.
