Job summary

Turner & Townsend, a global professional services firm, seeks an experienced Senior Construction Manager for a large scale, ground-up commercial real estate project. You will oversee all delivery phases from inception to commissioning, coordinating with the general contractor and A/E teams on design reviews, risk mitigation, and constructability.

Qualifications

A minimum of 10-15+ years' project management experience.
A minimum of 10-15+ years' on site construction experience.
Industrial and Federal experience preferred.
Degree in Construction management or Equivalent and OSHA certified.
Proficient - expert experience level using Microsoft tools (MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Coordinate with general contractor and architect/engineer for all construction activities.
Lead Turner & Townsend site project team under client direction.
Ensure compliance with building codes and health and safety regulations.
Review project submittals, RFIs, and progress with stakeholders.
Provide regular progress updates and dashboard reporting.
