Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead a large-scale, ground-up commercial real estate project. You will manage all aspects from inception through commissioning, coordinating with the client, general contractor, and A/E teams.

The ideal candidate has 10–15+ years on-site construction and project management experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years’ project management experience.
• 10-15+ years' on site construction experience.
• Industrial and Federal experience preferred.
• Degree in Construction management or Equivalent and OSHA certified.
• Proficient – expert experience level using Microsoft tools (MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead Turner & Townsend site project team, under the direction of the client.
• Coordinate with general contractor, architects, engineers, suppliers, and vendors.
• Oversee site layout, constructability reviews, and risk reporting.
• Ensure adherence to building codes and safety regulations on construction sites.
• Develop baseline schedules and provide regular progress updates on all activities.
• Support commissioning and handover to operations.
