Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to work on a large-scale, ground-up commercial real estate project. The role covers all delivery stages from inception through commissioning, coordinating with the client, general contractor, and A/E services provider.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 8 years of field construction experience and excels in client-facing environments, risk management, and on-site leadership, with strong safety knowledge and regulatory awareness.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years project management experience.
• Degree in Construction management or Equivalent; OSHA certified.
• Proficient with Microsoft tools including MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to lead, coordinate & organize multiple stakeholders including GC and deliver status reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site construction activities, liaising with GC and design team.
• Review schedules, manage risks, and ensure cost and quality controls.
• Lead the project delivery team and coordinate with authorities having jurisdiction.
• Attend daily status meetings and provide project reporting to client.
• Ensure safety programs and compliance on site.
