Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Indianapolis is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead a large scale, ground-up commercial real estate project from inception through commissioning. The role requires coordinating with the general contractor, architect/engineer services, and client stakeholders to deliver on time and to budget.

Qualifications

8+ years of construction field experience.
Degree in Construction Management or equivalent; OSHA certified.
Proficient with MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with the general contractor and architect/engineer services provider for all construction activities on the project.
Lead Turner & Townsend site project team, under the direction of the client.
Conduct constructability reviews of designs, identifying risk to project cost and schedule.
Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations on site.
Provide regular progress reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
Review design submissions, RFIs, and assist in commissioning planning.
