Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead a large-scale, ground-up commercial real estate project on-site. You will oversee all phases from inception through commissioning, coordinating with the general contractor and design teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has at least eight years of field experience, strong client-facing skills, and a proven ability to manage schedules, costs, risk, and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of project management experience.
• Degree in Construction management or Equivalent and OSHA certified.
• Proficient – expert experience with MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with general contractor and A/E services provider for all construction activities.
• Lead Turner & Townsend site project team under client direction.
• Monitor safety, schedule, cost and quality; identify risks and mitigation actions.
• Review design and construction drawings for constructability and compliance with project requirements.
• Attend progress and coordination meetings with stakeholders and report status.
