Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Construction Manager for a large scale ground-up commercial real estate project in Houston. The role oversees delivery from inception through commissioning, coordinating with GC and A/E to ensure cost, time, and quality targets are met.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of field construction experience, strong client-facing skills, and thorough knowledge of building codes and safety regulations. On-site leadership and collaboration across teams are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of project management experience.
Degree in Construction management or equivalent, OSHA certified.
Proficient with MS Office tools including MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Ability to lead, coordinate and communicate with multiple stakeholders including GC and A/E.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with general contractor and architect/engineer services provider for construction activities.
Lead Turner & Townsend site project team under client direction.
Monitor schedule, cost, safety and quality; provide regular progress updates.
Conduct constructability reviews and identify risks to cost and schedule.
Attend meetings and report project status to client and stakeholders.
