Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Project Manager to support large-scale commercial construction projects in the United States. The ideal candidate will drive excellent service for clients and manage cross-functional teams across design, engineering and procurement.

The role emphasizes schedule discipline, governance, and cost awareness, with on-site collaboration and a strong focus on delivering outcomes for diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field required.
• 3–5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong organizational and team collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chain to deliver compliant projects.
• Track critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Ensure governance, processes and systems are applied on projects.
• Produce formal project status reports and other required reports.
• Coordinate interface between suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews.
• Communicate project information through meetings and written updates.
• Forecast and update key project milestones; monitor design teams against criteria.
