Job summary

Matrix NAC, located in Marple Township, is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee field execution activities and assist in project management tasks while ensuring safety and compliance with established plans. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and communication skills, along with relevant experience in construction oversight.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management; or equivalent education and 10 years of experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in Heavy Industrial/EPC projects, preferably in a union environment.
• Experience with union construction sub-contractors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations and Project Managers in construction in line with established plans.
• Perform required oversight for field execution activities.
• Participate in problem resolution on projects or with clients.
