Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. (MIS) seeks a Construction Manager - Above Ground Structural to lead field execution for large-scale data center and mission-critical infrastructure projects.

You will oversee structural steel erection, equipment support structures, metal decking, and related scopes, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. This role requires strong leadership, planning, and coordination with engineering, procurement, safety, and project controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering, or a related discipline required.
• 7+ years of structural construction, field management, or construction leadership experience.
• Experience leading above-ground structural construction scopes on data center, industrial, mission-critical, commercial, EPC or large-scale infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of above-ground structural construction activities across mission-critical and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, field supervision, and stakeholders to support safe and successful delivery.
• Review drawings, specifications, schedules, lift plans, and construction documentation to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Support constructability reviews, planning, procurement coordination, and execution strategy development.
• Identify risks, field conflicts, schedule impacts, and develop practical solutions.
• Ensure activities are performed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
