Job summary

Luster seeks Construction Managers at multiple levels to support large heavy-civil infrastructure programs (highways, roads, bridges, transit, airports). You will oversee construction activities, coordinate contractors, enforce safety and quality, and keep work moving per project requirements and budget.

This pool-based posting is for future roles; selected candidates are activated in our talent pool and notified first when a project need arises.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture.
• 10+ years managing large heavy‑civil projects (>$500M).
• Experience overseeing owner/agency contracts and change orders.
• Proficiency in construction document control and QA/QC processes.
• Experience with publicly funded projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction-phase leadership from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee field execution to ensure compliance with plans and codes.
• Monitor schedule, scope, budget, and risk for multiple task orders.
• Manage submittal, RFI, and change order processes.
• Coordinate safety and quality assurance activities.
• Prepare status updates and risk logs for stakeholders.
